As always, our goal is simple: to create our most effective car yet.

Last year, we built Sockeye out of composite materials, that had an extremely low aerodynamic drag, as well as weight. The tradeoff though, was half of our solar array. This made it our most efficient, but not our most effective car. This year we plan to return to the Texas Motor Speedway with our new car, Ember, which is built upon the philosophy of our past cars.
